Sumac Wax Japanese Candles, No. 3

Using a special technique called “Tegake,” a master craftsman hand-crafts each beautiful candle by only using 100% all-natural materials.

“Tegake” is a special technique used master-craftsman, by applying wax to the wick by hand, and then drying it, and then applying more wax again, over and over until the candle is complete. Made with 100% natural sumac HAZE (pronounced hah-zay) wax, a type of scarce wax found only in East Asia.  Because the candles are made from 100% natural materials, they tend to create very little soot and odor when extinguished, and the flame tends to burn with a larger flame and burns stably as well compared to the standard western candles.

  • Contains 4 Candles
  • Burn Time: 70 Minutes
  • Compatible with Koma Candle Stand Medium,  Nanohana Candle Stand, Seven Beads Candle Stand, and Shizuku Candle Stand.
